These are the documents that govern your use of the Elacity Exchange at ela.city. They are written in plain English wherever the law permits, with surgical legalese only where it is required for enforceability.
If you have a question about anything in these documents, please email legal@ela.city before you accept them.
Elacity Exchange is non-custodial. We never hold your wallet, your keys, or your digital assets. You are your own bank. Read the Terms of Service and the Risk Disclosures before connecting a wallet.

How these documents relate
Every document is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. That means when you accept the Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Risk Disclosures, and the DMCA Procedure. Together they are the Operative Documents.
Where any document conflicts with another:
- The Terms of Service prevail in respect of contractual matters.
- The Privacy Policy prevails in respect of data-protection matters.
Operating entity
Elacity Exchange is operated by Elacity LLC, Company Number 2860 LLC 2023, incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, with registered office at The Financial Services Centre, Stoney Ground, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Governing law: England and Wales. Dispute resolution: Individual LCIA arbitration seated in London, with a 30-day opt-out and class-action waiver. See Terms §20 for the full mechanism.
Versioning
These are v1.0 of every document, effective 27 May 2026. Any change to a document is recorded on the changelog. Material changes trigger re-acceptance in the welcome consent flow on your next wallet connect.
